VenueVoice is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit venuevoice.app or use our services. We keep this simple and honest because we built VenueVoice with privacy by design.

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Contact information (name, email address, phone number) when you fill out our contact form or email us.
  • Business information (venue name, website, billing details) when you sign up for a subscription.
  • Content you upload to the VenueVoice Operator Studio (venue descriptions, maps, documents).

Visitor guide data:

Conversations between venue visitors and Vox are processed entirely within the visitor's browser. This data is stored in browser localStorage on the visitor's device and is NOT transmitted to or stored on VenueVoice servers. We do not have access to visitor conversations. Analytics data is collected locally and only shared when a visitor explicitly chooses to export their session data.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the VenueVoice Service.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
  • To send service-related communications (receipts, updates, notices).
  • To analyze usage patterns and improve our platform.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

How We Share Your Information

  • Service Providers: We work with Stripe (payment processing), Netlify (hosting), Anthropic (AI processing), and ImprovMX (email). These providers access information only as needed and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

  • Visitor guide data in browser localStorage is retained until the visitor clears their browser data.
  • Payment records are retained as required by law and Stripe's policies.
